Orion in the Moonlit Graveyard and similar NPCs will allow you to build new equipment.
You can find the Building Shop by visiting the statue Orion within the Moonlit Graveyard.
The following list will explain the types of ingredients you may need to build equipment and important notes regarding them.

The shop will only be able to use a creature that is not in a party and matches the criteria as an ingredient. Please also note that a higher quality creature can be used in place of a lower quality than required. So if, for example, the shop asks for a Poor Dragonian, it is possible to offer a Great Dragonian instead.
The used creature cannot be recovered later with the Creature Restore

Without Magical Powder there will
always be the possibility an equip might break during creation, but you can lessen the chance of it happening with the
Player Growth Attribute Smith
and the Credit Shop Key Item Golden Anvil
.
The equipment you create
will be affected by the Player Growth Attribute Armsman
and the
Credit Shop Key Item Magic Gauntlet
and have randomized STR, MGC, VIT, RES, SPD and DEX attributes between the Min and Max values shown at the building shop.
However, if you do have and use a Mastery Badge
, all of the listed attributes are guaranteed to be Maxed upon the equip's creation.
Please note that we call a weapon with completely maxed attributes Mastered.
