Born from the temporary womb carried by Femsiris within the nightmare depths of Niflheim, Anubis grew up with peculiar fascinations that hinted at her divine calling. As a child, she was often found weighing stones, bones, and trinkets upon her little scale, or experimenting with the revival of small dead creatures; playful acts that foreshadowed her greater destiny.

Now fully grown and striking in her dark, voluptuous form, Anubis has embraced her true nature. She roams the twisted realm of Niflheim, weighing the hearts of the dead against her sacred feather. Those found lighter are granted a second chance at existence, pulled back from oblivion by her touch. Those found heavier are hurled into Da'at, a void even more dreadful than Niflheim itself, a punishment that makes even hell seem merciful.

It is she alone who now decides the fate of souls in this nightmare world. With her scales, her judgment, and her resolve, Anubis has set out upon a long and arduous journey--purging Niflheim of its tainted hearts, striving to shape it into something only marginally less horrific than before. A grim task, yet one that marks her as both executioner and savior in this land of endless shadow.
