Amanita glowed like a living hallucination, her radiant cap and shimmering spores leaving a trail of dazed followers in her wake. Power flowed from her in waves, bending minds and stirring obsession wherever she walked.

But adoration curdled into pursuit. Creatures didn’t revere her, they hunted her, desperate to consume the magic she shed. Exhausted and disgusted, she fled the Shadow Forest in search of a place where her power meant control, not captivity.

She found only more rot in Niflheim. Cruel hierarchies. Settlements that treated beings like her as commodities. Her awe turned to anger, and her anger to purpose.

Now Amanita gathers suitable followers of her own free will, building a devoted swarm drawn by her intoxicating presence. Not to be chased, not to be owned, but to march at the head of something dangerous.

She is done being harvested.
