No Copyrighted Material

You may not upload and request material and characters that are copyrighted by anyone other than yourself or the staff at Pocket Nightmares. This includes, but is not limited to, characters from other games and forms of media, as well as derivative works based on them.

Exceptions will be made for something under a proper Creative Commons license or are an obvious parody. Let us know beforehand if that's the case.

No Adult Material

Nudity or pornography in custom works is NOT allowed here. Some degrees of violence may also be considered unacceptable. If you would like to make such a Custom Creature here, login and create it at https://www.puppetnightmares.com instead where art is largely uncensored and free to be pervy.

Sprite Changes

If you wish to modify sprites you've uploaded, you can do so by clicking Creature's Name>Species Name>Sprite Editor.

Cheating & Abuse

Custom Creature Creation is heavily monitored. Any attempts at suspicious behavior can result in an immediate account or IP address ban.

AI Art Policy

AI art is allowed here, however, it cannot look too much like any existing copyrighted character without permission. Also be wary of making only small adjustments with Image to Image settings.

Please note that if you use AI Art to build a custom, you must be responsible and make sure you are assigned as the artist so other players are properly warned when making a purchasing decision.

Order Updates

Messages regarding your order will be sent to your mail box in the game.

Bad Language

Offensive character names and descriptions can result in a rejection or modification of your order.

Staff Rights

We reserve the right to display your legally uploaded content onto the game's server.

If, at anytime, you want images that you created removed from the server, just contact Ignis to request it. After Ignis has confirmed it, it should be removed within a reasonable time frame provided you are not under contract.

Deleted Customs

If your Custom Creature has been accidentally deleted, you can usually recover it with the Credit Shop Creature Restore option. If that fails, you can buy another copy of it right here.

Infringement Contact

Please contact Eric immediately at ignis.puppetnightmares@gmail.com if you feel your copyright has been violated by any art uploaded to my website.

NPC Art Guidelines

Use the same logic above rating your customs for your NPC Shop. Ignis will update it for you if he notices it's not a high enough rating.

Remember that if you do not have access to the Extreme Rating, do not upload Extreme content here.

Harmful Uploads

Attempts to do harm to the server with uploads, or in any other shape or form, will result in an immediate suspension of your account and possibly even result in contact with the proper authorities.

Free Fursona Program

If you received a Free Fursona from PhoenixIgnis/Ignis/Eric, the following details below apply to any art generated for you.

You are permitted to do the following:

  • Craft either a Custom or an Epic Custom here with the artwork.
  • Use these sprites in an entirely different game; however, I, and my website, must be prominently credited for the work in said game.
  • Share any of these sprites on various social media websites. But please remember to credit me when possible.
  • Sell a custom utilizing the artwork in the game's Custom Shop.
  • Request color changes after the art is complete, which I will do, if available, at my leisure.

You are NOT permitted to do the following:

  • Financially profit from this art without my consent.
  • Modify the art in any way beyond resizing.
  • Inject this art into an AI Database without my permission.
  • Claim you created this art instead of me.
  • Demand the art and derivative character be removed from the game.

By requesting a custom from me, I have the right to do the following:

  • Sell, promote or modify this art in any way that suits my needs after it is completed.
  • You will retain ownership of your character, but this particular artistic derivative of your idea and its artwork is mine.
  • Reserve any rights not mentioned in the other relevant sections.
  • Make changes to this agreement when I feel it is necessary.
