While wandering through a blizzard, a harsh, unnerving chill ran up the Toymaker's spine when he saw a vision of a lovely maiden with piercing blue eyes staring at him from the darkness of the night.
The event inspired him to create Yuki-onna, a maiden with mysterious, icy powers that manipulate water within her opponents' bodies to alter their fighting capabilities - for better or worse.
