The advent of the Vampire Fairy is a tale of unintended consequences. Early in the Toymaker's game development, he did not restrict the Soul Puppets a new player could unlock - so of course an early power gamer thought they could min-max by having their vampire embrace their fairy.
Unfortunately, the result had its own sentience, and escaped its owner's control. Now Niflheim has a new breed of nighttime airborne bloodsucking pest - cuter, but far more dangerous!
